Ingredients:
- 1 kg flour
- 500 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 cube fresh yeast
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 13 tablespoons oil
- 70 g butter mixed
- Sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Dissolve the yeast in a little lukewarm milk; add little flour and leave it to rise.
- In a bowl add the flour, sugar and salt; combine this mixture with the previous one.
- Beat the eggs and add the milk; add the oil and vinegar. Knead a dough form these ingredients and leave it to rise, and to double in size.
- Divide the dough into 5 equal parts; roll thin crust in round shape; cut the crust into 12 triangles.
- Smear each triangle with butter; roll a bun form each triangle. Repeat the same procedure until you run out of dough.
- Smear the buns with egg wash, sprinkle with seeds you have chosen.
- Bake the buns at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
